Shipping policy

Currently, all in-stock items are shipping in 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS.

Order are shipped according to the method customers choose at checkout. The cheapest option is via USPS First Class.

The shop is not liable for issues such as lost or stolen mail or incorrect address provided at checkout. We do our best to work with you in these scenarios, but once the item is shipped it is the responsibility of the customer and the courier.

TikTok Shop Orders: These orders will be handled/fulfilled via TikTok shop- please use the TikTok app to communicate on any order issues!
No pre-orders or handmade items are available via TikTok shop, orders cannot be combined with orders placed via Instagram.

Pre-Order and Pre-Sale items: estimated timeframes for fulfillment are included in all product descriptions for items not yet in stock. Please pay attention to these as placing an order constitutes an agreement to the timeframe :) Pre-Order items are inherently unpredictable due to uncontrollable factors, such as manufacture error or courier error. As a general rule, pre-orders are non refundable as the funds are used to secure production of an item.

If your order contains any pre-order items, the order will ship once all items are ready. If you'd like non-preorder items to ship separately, please place multiple orders! 

Combining Orders: If we notice multiple orders from a single customer going to the same address, we will do our best to combine shipping and refund overages to shipping fees. This is not guaranteed!

International Orders: We are USA based and as of now are continuing shipment internationally. The situation is rapidly evolving, but if your location is available at checkout, we are still shipping to you :)

All orders shipped via USPS First Class International can take anywhere from 2 weeks to several months. The shop is not responsible to customs or import duties at the point of entry to your country.

Forced Returns: Items that do not go through the shop's return process will not receive a refund. This includes:

  • Refusing an item from USPS without prior contact with the shop
  • Refusing to pay import duties etc.
  • Any method to force an item back to the shop without contacting the shop first
