Refund policy

As a general rule: all sales are final.

Refunds can be processed on new orders if Ugly Plants is contacted within 24 hours.

If you'd like to return an item, contact the shop within 14 days of delivery confirmation (via tracking). Refunds will be processed upon completion of the return (receipt to the Ugly Plants office).

Refund amounts will be based on the condition of the item. If the item arrives in the same condition it was sent, a full refund of the cost of the item minus a 10% restock fee will be issued to the method of payment used to place the order. 

Shipping charges cannot be refunded. When the item ships to you, the service you pay for is complete :)

Returns cannot be accepted for:

• Handmade Items
• Apparel Items (including hats)
• Printful Items
• Clearance Items
